No, our email service is POP3 and SMTP compliant - that means that just about any email software will work with it - including Outlook and Outlook express.

Question: Can I access my email from anywhere?

As long as you have a connection to the internet, you can access your email.   From New York to Moscow - the world is your oyster. :-)

Question: Can you limit the amount of spam I receive?

Yes.

Question: How does your virus blocking work?

We block all executable attachments sent to your email account.  99.9% executable attachments are viruses or worms and serve no purpose other than wasting your time downloading them.  See our article on email security to understand why this approach is far safer and more effective than the traditional option of scanning for known viruses.

Question: Why would I need more than one email address (you supply 25)?

It is often advisable to use more than one email address

• to avoid spam
• Organize your email (for instance to separate business email from personal email)
• When more than one person uses an email account
• To have disposable email addresses when subscribing to web sites

Question: What if I use up my 25Mb storage space?

When your mailbox reaches 20Mb in size, you will receive a warning message to tell you that your mailbox is very full.  Emails will continue to be delivered to your account until your mailbox reaches 25Mb.  At this point you will no longer be able to send new messages, but you will still receive email until your mailbox reaches 27Mb in size.

Additional mailbox space can be rented if required at a very reasonable rate, but it is unlikely that you will ever need more than 25Mb - provided you download your email regularly of course.

Question: What is "fax-to-email"?

The fax to email service works like this: You get your own personal 086 number.  Any faxes that are sent to that number is converted to email and forwarded to your email inbox.  The advantages of this service includes: privacy of your faxes, easy distribution and storage, receive faxes anywhere in the word, etc. More info in the fax to email frequently asked questions page.
