The following guide provides step by step instructions for creating an email account
on the server using your Control Panel (HELM).
HOW TO: Create a new
email account
Step 1: Login to HELM
Login to your Control Panel: http://helm.<yourdomain>
(Replace <yourdomain> with your domain name)
Step 2: Go to your Domain
Click on "Domains" and then on the
domain where you would like to create a new email account
Step 3: Click "Email Accounts"
Click on the "Email Accounts (POP3)"

Step 4: Add new email account
Create a new email account by
clicking the "Add new" button.
Web access
to email
You can access your web mail interface (to send /receive
emails) by login in, here:
http://mail.<yourdomain>
(Replace "<yourdomain>" with your domain name).
If your domain name registration is still in the
process of registration or transfer, you can use the mail server IP as a
temporary address. Click on any valid POP3 email account for
the mail server IP.
With the web interface you can setup inbox rules to automate
tasks like processing orders, bouncing spam, etc.
