Start date - The date that you want the report to start calculations.

End date - The date that you want the report to end.

Generate report - Clicking on this button will generate the report, which causes the items below to be calculated and displayed.

Report Fields

Messages Received - The number of email messages that came in to this account over the time period specified.

Messages Sent - The number of email messages that were sent out from this account over the time period specified.

Bandwidth Received - The number of kilobytes (KB) that were received into this account over the time period specified.

Bandwidth Sent - The number of kilobytes (KB) that were sent from this account over the time period specified.

Space Used - The current amount of disk space used. Note: This is the current disk space usage and does not change based on the date range chosen.
