All of us have car keys, house keys, post box keys etc. In the same way you have a user id and a password
(a "key") to use (unlock) your email, ftp or control panel accounts.

Manage your passwords
Control Panel
This is your most important password.
From here you can setup, change and configure any User Name
or Password related to your website. You can also add
Extra Features to your hosting package and more. Click

Contact us, with your Dial-up User ID
(E.g. cozahostx059), Cell number and email address. We will do a security check and SMS your
Dial-up login details.
Email Account
You can change any of your Email Account
Password via your online Control Panel. Please click

FrontPage
You need a Front Page Extensions User ID and
Password to update your website via Front Page. This
feature should be installed if you intend on using it,

FTP Accounts
FTP User ID's and Passwords can be
configured and reconfigured via your Control Panel.
