How to reset your FTP password

Please follow these easy steps to reset your FTP password.

1. Login to HELM
 
The first step is to login to your Control Panel, if you lost your Control Panel login details, please click here.
 
 

 
2. Go to the "Domain" menu
 
Click on "Domains", from here you can control any configuration aspect of your server.
 
 

 
3. Select your domain
 
Click on the domain where you want to reset your FTP password.
 
 

 
4. Click FTP icon
 
Click on the "FTP Accounts" icon.
 
 

 
5. Click on your FTP account
Select the User ID where you would like to reset the password.  If no User ID's are currently configured, please click here.
 
 

 
6. Enter new password
 
Delete the asterisks (*) in the "Password" and "Confirm Password" fields.  Enter your new password and click "Save".  Wait for the server confirmation, your password was updated.

(Please note, the number of asterisks (*) may appear to be more that the password you specified.  The server does this so that nobody can guess your password based on the amount of asterisks)
