Please follow these easy steps to obtain your HELM Control Panel login
details.
1. Go to HELM
Go to your HELM Control Panel login screen. (E.g.
http://helm.domain.com)
Click on the "Click here if you have
lost your login details" link.
(On the login screen)

Enter your email address
Enter your email address, and click "send". The system
will now automatically reset your password and send your login
details (User ID & Password) to your email address.
Common Issues
If the system does not recognize your email address, it means
that your email address was not configured on your Control Panel.
This means the system does not know which User ID's details to send
to your email address.
In the event of this happening, please
contact us, with your domain name, HELM User ID (if you know it) and
your Cell number. We will do a security check and add your
email address to your Control Panel. Then just follow the
steps as above.
