How to setup Outlook 2000/2002
Please follow the instructions below to setup Outlook to send and receive
email from the Cozahost servers:
First, open Outlook and click on the "Tools" menu option. Then select
the "Email accounts..." menu option. The following windows will appear:
Create a new mail account
Specify that you are adding a new mail account by clicking on the radio
button next to "Add a new email account" and click on the Next
button.
Email accounts
In the "User information" area enter your name (as you would like it to
appear in outgoing email) and a valid email address in the "E-mail Address"
block. (You can add more email addresses when you login here)
In the "Server information" block, set both the incoming (POP3) and
outgoing (SMTP) server to mail.cozahost.com
In the "Logon information" block enter your user id and password as
supplied by Cozahost and tick the Remember password box.
Note that "Logon using secure password authentication" must not be
ticked.
Mail settings
In the "User information" area enter your name (as you would like it to
appear in outgoing email) and a valid email address in the "E-mail Address"
block. (You can add more email addresses by loggin on here)
In the "Server information" block, set both the incoming (POP3) and
outgoing (SMTP) server to mail.cozahost.com
In the "Logon information" block enter your user id and password as
supplied by Cozahost and tick the Remember password box.
Done!
Press the Finish button and your done!
