Website hosting prices

Many years of internet experience enabled us to design a web hosting package that includes all the features (and capacity) to support most internet businesses with features and power to spare.

We carefully avoided a situation where your hosting package is hamstrung by missing features for which you have to pay additional rentals.  We do not run ads on your site and we do not lock you in - so you can move your site at any time to any other service provider.  No, not all service providers work this way.

The optional features we do offer has to do with capacity, ie more disk space, more bandwidth or more email accounts - in other words capacity to support your business growth - not intrinsic features.

Cozahost is not a basement bargain web hosting company and we do not compete on price. Cheap is not value.  Cheap is just cheap.  If "cheap" is your strongest argument...

Our clients understand the value of a responsible, stable and respected partner for their internet ventures and are not fooled by offers to host their sites for R 10.00 per month.

As business people, they know that if they pay R 10.00 per month, they will get "service" from a vendor who concentrates on getting as many sheep as possible in the kraal. Almost like picking the cheapest hairstylist or dentist - the consequences can be painful and embarrassing. :-)

There are no such thing as a free lunch. If your web site is an online family album or baby photos - then Cozahost is not for you. If you are running a internet business and you are serious about being successful, then you are at the right place.

Web hosting rental

A once-off setup fee of R 175.00 (Ex VAT) is payable when we create your server for the first time.

This fee includes:

• Registration of a new co.za or .com domain name
• Setup of your web, ftp and email servers
• Hosting rental for the remainder of the month

After the initial setup of your domain and servers, a rental of R 165.00 (VAT excluded) is payable by monthly debit order for all the features listed on our web hosting features page.

There are no long term contracts and our service is unconditionally guaranteed - for life.

Optional services

As we noted earlier your hosting package includes all the features and capacity necessary to support all but the most demanding internet ventures. That said, one sizes does not fit all and it may be necessary for your to add features or capacity to your site as your business grows.

To ensure that you have room to grow, you can add optional features as required.

Invoices and administrative details

For your records, tax invoices are emailed 5 days before payment is due.   (Web hosting is a tax deductible expense for most businesses)

Ad-hoc (or yearly in advance) payment may be made with any of the following instruments Online credit card payment (Visa, Master card and Diners club) Direct deposits (internet bank transfers) Paper checks

Please note that monthly web hosting rentals must be paid per debit order, which may be lodged for the 1st or 15th day of the month.   Debit orders can be cancelled on your request if you notify us by email at least 7 days before the debit order is scheduled to be executed.
